Quality product. Friendly communication (not too often or needy). Excellent post order information. All of which builds trust and a customer base. I don’t need tissue paper but it makes me feel like I’ve ordered a high end product. I am happy to wait for an order (some may be less patient though). A returns policy that is easy and works. I have always hated shopping for shirts. Nothing ever fits right and all I want to do is cry. I always feel that people that are a 14 or smaller had it made and even though I’m not a big woman, like many, I have a few areas that some designers here in the U.S. forget about. I found Yours shirts about a month ago and was completely excited. I ordered a couple of shirts at first and loved the way they fit and my problem areas…..well lets just say your shirts made me feel sexy for once in my life.
